The challenge is intended to be a community experience that offers additional support, resources, recommendations, and prompts beyond the app. You won’t see anything change in the game itself, but we hope that the additional resources and prompts on Discord will help you navigate with even more intention and a little extra community support along the way.
Yes! You can sign up for the mindfulness challenge at any point. We’d love to have you.
We encourage you to work through your chosen path throughout the challenge. At this point, you can’t change the path mid-challenge, though you can still complete any in-game mindfulness session that you like.
No. We know sometimes even the best intentions have to be set aside for life’s other plans. Just by signing up for the 30-day mindfulness challenge, you’ll receive a digital goodie bag of offers at the conclusion of the challenge.
